1. About Namaste Spanish

Namaste Spanish ("we", "us", "our") is a Spain-based advisory and education service operating under the website namastespanish.com. We help individuals relocate to Spain by offering Spanish language courses, integration consulting, and support with Indian Embassy and Consulate procedures in Spain. 2. Services

We provide the following services:

  • Language & Learning – Spanish language courses at levels A1, A2, B1, B2, DELE A2, and CCSE exam preparation.
  • Basic Consulting – One-to-one consultation sessions (30, 60, or 90 minutes) covering general relocation queries, paperwork, and daily life in Spain.
  • Professional Support – In-depth business and legal consulting for professionals establishing themselves in Spain.
  • Basic Integration Support – Practical assistance with NIE, TIE, empadronamiento, social security, and related administrative procedures.
  • Indian Embassy / Consulate Services – Appointment assistance and document guidance for Indian nationals requiring consular services in Spain.

All services are described in further detail on our Services & Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Booking and Appointments

Certain services require booking a time slot through our online scheduling system. By completing a booking you confirm that the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, and preferred slot) are accurate and complete.

Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@namastespanish.com.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by Spanish law. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Current indicative pricing (subject to change):

  • Spanish Courses: A1 €149 · A2 €199 · B1 €249 · B2 €299 · DELE A2 €289 · CCSE €119
  • Basic Consulting: 30 min €29 · 60 min €49 · 90 min €79
  • Embassy / Consulate services: as displayed at checkout

Prices displayed at the time of booking are the prices you will be charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing payment in such cases.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 48 hours or more before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. Rescheduling at our discretion.
  • No-show: No refund. The session is considered delivered.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, email info@namastespanish.com with your booking confirmation details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Course packages and bundle purchases are non-refundable once any session within the package has been attended, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of Namaste Spanish or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Course materials provided to enrolled students are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, or republished.

7. Limitation of Liability

Namaste Spanish provides information and advisory services in good faith. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice. We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on information provided during sessions or on this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Namaste Spanish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or administrative outcomes.

Our total liability in connection with any single booking or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and booking system use third-party services including Google (Sheets, Calendar), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)

Namaste Spanish is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos — LOPDGDD).

We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone number, booking details) for the following purposes:

  • Processing and confirming your bookings and payments.
  • Sending service-related communications (booking confirmations, reminders).
  • Improving our services and responding to enquiries.

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the services (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, scheduling via Google Sheets). Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last service, unless a longer period is required by law.

10. Cookies

This website uses cookies set by third-party services that are essential to its operation:

  • Stripe – sets session cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) for payment fraud prevention and checkout session management.
  • Google – cookies may be set when loading fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and when fetching booking slot availability via the Google Sheets API.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. No tracking pixels or third-party profiling tools are active on this site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the payment process from functioning correctly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
